Grilled Pineapple with Cinnamon

Introduction

Simple recipe-preparing the pineapple is the most difficult part of it all, if you want to call it that! Really tasty and satifying to the sweet tooth! Simple recipe-preparing the pineapple is the most difficult part of it all, if you want to call it that! Really tasty and satifying to the sweet tooth!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pineapple
    Cinnamon (to taste)

Directions

Cut off top and bottom of pineapple. Place pineapple on it's bottom and slice off the skin, making sure you get all of the brown off of it. Cut in quarters. Then cut quarters in half lengthwise. Cut out the core pieces (they tend to be tough). Place on grill and sprinkle with as little or as much cinnamon as you want. Really tasty!
