1-1/4 cup flour
1Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2Tbsp. canola oil
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Spray cooking spray onto hot griddle or skillet. Medium heat
Use 1/4c. to measure out batter (1 serving).
Makes about 8-1/4c. pancakes.
