    1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
    8 oz ham
    6 oz monterey jack
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup onions
    4 oz fresh mushrooms

Directions

400 for 15 minutes then 350 for 30-35 minutes
