Veggies Pasta and Peanut Sauce

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Rice Wine Vinegar, .5 tbsp
    Natural Style Peanut Butter, 8 tbsp or 1/2 cup
    Ketchup 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup
    Chicken stock, 1 cup

    Shredded Carrot, 1 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup slices
    *Wacky Mac Veggie Spiral pasta, 12 oz

Directions

Cut veggies and steam in microwave for 3 minutes, set aside

Mix together the first 6 ingredients to make sauce

Add veggies and peanut sauce to hot, cooked pasta spirals and enjoy!
