Cauliflower Popcorn Light

Introduction

Many varations on Spark People recipes. This one used cooking spray as opposed to EVOO. This was not created by me, but copied from the "17 Day Diet Plan" Many varations on Spark People recipes. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Head of Cauliflower
    Pam Cooking Spray
    Mrs. Dash Seasoning
    Any other spice like Garlis if you like
    Parmasan Cheese if desired

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 and spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray or line with foil. Place cauliflower florets in a single layer on your cookie sheet and spritz lightly with butter flavored nonstick spray. Sprinkle Old Bay or Mrs. Dash on top, then bake in oven for 20-30 minutes until edges are brown and crispy. You may also sprinkle ff parmesan cheese with a pinch of garlic powder and paprika on this dish (aka Cauliflower Poppers).

Serving Size: Makes about 4 servings, although, eating all of it is not a bad thing. It is basically cooked veggies with low calorie flavings. The entire batch conatins only 150 calories.
