Introduction

Good for you! Very light texture and pretty. Good for you! Very light texture and pretty.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 T coconut oil
    1 T light coconut milk
    1/4 tsp or less Stevia powder
    1 T light cream cheese
    1 1/2 T all fruit jam

Directions

Mix all except the jam until creamy. Place jam in the center and swirl with a spoon or knife. Lovely and tasty! Just the right amount, too. Can be made ahead in custard cups or dessert bowls. Cover and refrigerate.
