Mini Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Extra Lean (93%) ground turkey
1/4 cup 2% Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup salsa
1 large egg
1 tbsp garlic, minced
Ketchup for taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until blended well.
3. Roll into 6 small balls and place into Pam-sprayed muffin tin.
4. Drizzle a small amount of ketchup over each "muffin."
5. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
