Introduction

This is a lovely dish with just enough Kick to it. Easy to prepare and enjoy! This is a lovely dish with just enough Kick to it. Easy to prepare and enjoy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Cup your favorite Chunky Salsa
    Mahi Mahi Filets, Six 5 ounce filetsor equivalent
    2T Fresh Chives snipped, 2 tbsp
    2T Olive Oil
    2 wedges or T Lemon Juice
    Salt, to taste
    Garlic, to taste

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Take filleted Mahi Mahi.. Make slit marks in the top of each piece of fish. Brush Olive Oil on the fish, then add garlic and chives.

Just before done, pour salsa and squeeze lemon over.

Place fish in the oven to Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.



Serving Size: Make Six 5 ounce servings
