Introduction

Classic Hungarian pancakes. Very rubbery and great to fill with other goodies either sweet or meat and cheese.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups white flour
    12 tablespoons pancake syrup

Directions

Pour 3 cups of flour into a large bowl. Add some water and mix to desirable consistency. Put three or four tablespoons of batter onto a well oiled iron frying slillet at medium heat and spread out to form the pancake. When the top is almost dry, then flip it over for an additional minute and serve with 1 tablespoon of warm syrup.


Serving Size: Make 12 pancakes (1/4 cup batter for each)
