    2T shredded coconut
    1T pumpkin seeds
    1T flax seeds
    1-2T chia seeds (1T here)
    1T-1/4c walnuts (2T here)
    1T cinnamon
    1/2-1c boiling/hot water
    stevia to taste

    add nut milk/berries as desired


grind first 6 ingredients in blender or coffee grinder.
add hot water and stir
