1 lb ground beef
1 packet of 4-lbs. William's chili seasoning
4 cans of red beans
3 cans of V8
any additional spices to taste
Note: this makes a runny chili if you only let it simmer for 30 minutes. You can add as little as 2 cans of V8 and/or let it simmer much longer if you like thicker chili. This recipe is even suitable for a slow cooker. It's also about a million times better the second day!
