Introduction

In a large bowl mix together the Ground Pork Sausage, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Ginger, Sherry and Water Chestnuts. Form into 8 burger patties and grill over a medium heat. Place on a Hamburger Bun and serve topped with bean sprouts and Sweet and Sour Sauce. Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Pork Sausage
    1 Small Onion (Chopped)
    4-5 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped)
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
    1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
    1/4 Cup of Dry Sherry
    1 Small Can (6 ounce) Water Chestnuts (Small Dice)
    1 Cup Sweet and Sour Sauce
    Bean Sprouts

Directions

Cook to desired doness.
