Ingredients

    lean ground beef, pepper, onion, tomato, canned tomato, tomato paste, fresh jalapenos ( if you dont want the spice then take out ribs and seeds) and kidney beans, bottle of beer

Serving Size: 16 ounces

brown beef and drain...the calculator doesn't compensate for this loss fat so it's actually a lil lower cal.
sautee all veggies til soft. Add canned paste and tomatoes, beans, and spices (season to your preference!) Add the beer too and a cup of water.Simmer for an hour at med heat so all the flavors will marry...Add water as you loose it due to evaporation...make this chili to the consistency that you prefer.
