Loaded Oatmeal "Bread" Bars

Introduction

I made these to have a full breakfast in a single ready to go bar I made these to have a full breakfast in a single ready to go bar
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Cups - Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    4 - Jumbo Eggs
    1/3 Cup - Whole Wheat Flour
    5 Tbls - Flaxseed Meal
    1/4 Cup - Brown Sugar
    1 Tbls - Honey
    3 Oz - Skim Milk
    1 tsp - Cinnamon
    1 tsp - Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp - Vanilla Extract
    1 Pinch - Baking Soda
    1 Pinch - Baking Powder

    Optional (Included Nutrition)
    2/3 Cup - Raisins
    1/3 Cup - Craisins
    1/2 Cup - Walnuts (Omit to drastically cut fat)

Directions

Heat Oven to 375 degrees

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients . . . and mix!

Pour mixture into a lightly greased 11x7 pan.

Place pan in oven for 30-35 minutes or until top is a nice brown color.

Remove pan and let cool before cutting into 6 rectangular bars.

Serving Size: Makes Six Bars
