Introduction

Sauteed vegetables perfect for tacos or fajitas. Sauteed vegetables perfect for tacos or fajitas.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 carrot
    1 medium onion
    1 poblano pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    3 portabella mushroom caps (6 oz or 1 package)
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    cooking spray

Directions

Chop all vegetables as desired and put into skillet with a little cooking spray. Cook on medium low heat with a lid. Add tomato sauce when almost done cooking. Add salt, pepper, and spices as desired. Enjoy!
