Introduction

HEARTY FRESH VEGETABLE AND BEEF SOUP HEARTY FRESH VEGETABLE AND BEEF SOUP

Ingredients

    10 oz Pot Roast beef, shredded
    1 cup Ah Jus from pot roast
    2 medium onions (1 lb) coarsly sliced and diced
    2 stalks broccolli (10 oz)
    2 zuchinni (12 oz)
    2 carrots coarsly chopped
    1/2 head cabbage (1.25 lb) coarsly chopped
    2 celery stalks (6 oz)
    seasoning as desired.
    cover with water and simmer till veggies are tender and serve.

Directions

Simply add all ingredients and simmer till veggies are tender. The beef is already cooked as a pot roast the day before.
