Homemade Meatballs

Introduction

These are great for open faced meatball sandwiches, spaghetti & meatballs, or even just with a toothpick eaten alone! These are the only meatballs I make! Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    1/4c. egg substitute
    1/2c. soft bread crumbs (Kroger Italian used)
    1/4c. onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2tsp. onion powder
    1/2tsp. dried oregano
    1/2tsp. dried basil
    1/4tsp. pepper
    Dash of salt

    1lb of ground beef

Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl.
Crumble beef on top of ingredients. Mix together well (using your hands works best)
Roll into 40 meatballs, about 1in each
In a large skillet, spray with non-stick spray & brown meatballs until no longer pink.
Drain or place on paper towels to soak up extra grease.

*On medium heat, takes about 15-20min per batch cooking.
