BBQ Pulled Chicken (adapted from Grandma's recipe)

Introduction

My mom adapted this from my grandma's BBQ Spare Ribs recipe. My mom adapted this from my grandma's BBQ Spare Ribs recipe.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3-4 chicken breast (approx. 2 pounds), can be frozen or thawed
    2 T apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    3/4 cup tomato sauce
    1 T liquid smoke
    1 T sucanat or brown sugar
    stevia, to taste (I used 10 drops of NuNaturals liquid)
    water to thin, if necessary

Directions

Put all ingredients in Crockpot on high. Cook 3 hours. Shred chicken and cook another hour.
