Introduction

What a great, light way to prepare what many would call comfort food. Yum! I like hot and spice, so you may prefer to leave off the crushed red pepper. Ingredients

    1 Low Carb, High Fiber Flatbread (90 calories)
    71 grams (1/3 cup) Marinara Sauce
    11 gr (2 slices) Carl Buddig Pastrami, cut up
    48 grams portabella mushrooms
    38 grams (1.4 oz) onions, sliced thin and cut
    21 gram (3/4 oz) cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp crushed red chili peppers
    5 grans (2-3 tsp) parmesan cheese

Directions

Lightly spray non-stick, meadium heat griddle. Add sauce, meat, onions, mushrooms, spices, cheddar and parmesian cheeses.

Heat for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Place on cutting board, slice and enjoy the entire pizza. Better when placed in hot oven (425F) on pizza stone and cooked until cheese is browned on pizza stone (10 minutes).

Serving Size: Makes One Personal Pizza (4-6 slices)
