Introduction

Ingredients

    Andouille Chicken sausage, 9 links
    Italian Green Peppers, 1 cup, chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Crushed Tomatoes, 550 grams
    *Fennel seed, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 2 tsp pressed.
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Grapeseed Oil Spray, 5 serving
    Bay Leaf, 2 whole.
    Parsley, 1 tsp freeze dried
    Onion 1 slice into 10 pieces.

Directions

Brown the chicken sausages on a non-stick pan sprayed with organic grape seed oil spray. In a pot, heat oil, drop fennel seeds in. When they start popping, drop the bay leaves, finely crushed garlic and fry till fragrant. Drop the peppers, onion slices and crushed tomatoes plus 1 cup water. Chop the sausages into 5-6 bite size pieces and stir them in too. Add a teaspoon of parsley. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 1/2 an hour. Serve hot with brown rice. Yum! If you like it spicier still, drop one or two green hot chili peppers.
