Introduction

The dinner for the day of my wife's first 5k run... The dinner for the day of my wife's first 5k run...
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
    Garlic, 6 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Beans, pinto, 2 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Diced Chilies, 4 serving
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick spray. Place pork in pot; sprinkle with onion powder and black pepper; spread chopped garlic over top; drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the meat; add water to base of pot around meat. Cover and set on Low...

Leave for race...

Return from race after wife does exceptionally well in better time than she had expected...

Drain the beans and corn... add to pot remaining ingredients and cover again. Keep on Low for several more hours.

Serve with salad, tortillas or chips etc...
