Cheese Balls (Whatthemacallits)

Introduction

My six year old child created this recipe, renamed it at 8 years old. My six year old child created this recipe, renamed it at 8 years old.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 1/4 pounds of Extra Lean Ground Chicken
    1 red pepper finely chopped
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Combine the chicken,egg, bread crumbs and red pepper, mush together. Form into balls. Squish the cheese into little balls and insert into middle of chicken balls. Fry in skillet at 400 for about 30 minutes turning often to prevent burning. Serve wrapped in tortilla shell or on its own.
Serves 5 4 balls each
