Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Quinoa
    1/2 Cup Bulger Wheat
    2 Cups Water
    2 Bay Leaves
    2 Tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil

Directions

In a medium sized saucepan put water, grains and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, reduce to medium low, cover and simmer until water is absorbed. Remove from heat, remove bay leaves, fluff with a fork add sesame oil and serve.
