Kitty's Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    Potato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Green Beans (snap), 4 cup
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 4 cup kernels
    Peas, frozen, .50 package (10 oz)
    Crushed Tomatoes, 454 grams
    Tomato Sauce, 1.98 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Salt, .50 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Water to cover vegetables

Directions

Peel and slice potatoes, zucchini, carrots and onions. Put these in the pot. Snap your green beans and put these in the pot. Chop your celery and put in pot. Now put in the tomato products and put in enough water to cover vegetables and a half inch over that. Add your salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, making sure to stir a couple times to get everything blended. Now add your garlic, corn and your peas. Cover for an additional 10 minutes.
