Dip for Veggies & Crackers

Ingredients

    12 oz cottage cheese - drained
    6 oz plain greek yogurt
    1 small red bell pepper
    1/2 partially peeled cucumber
    1 bunch green onions
    Garlic powder
    Pepper

Directions

In food processor blend cottage cheese & yogurt until smooth. Add bell pepper, cucumber, green onions, and garlic powder & pepper to taste (1/2 to 1 tsp). Process until desired consistency.

I have not tried this recipe yet, but it sounds wonderful...low fat, calorie, and carbs, but high protein.
