1/8 cup of Olive Oil
1/8 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 clove of garlic chopped
Dash of thyme
Dash of oregano
~ 2 tbsp Fresh Chives
~ 3 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
4-5 kalamata olives, chopped
1 can of tuna in water
1/4 cup of Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese with Basil and Tomato
Add seasoning (thyme, oregano), chives, bell pepper, olives.
Mix in tuna and feta.
Serve on bread, lettuce leaves, crackers, etc.
Serving Size: Makes ~ 2 cups. Serving size ~ 1/2 cup
