    1 c orange juice
    1 tbsp flour
    2 medium pears
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp peppercorns, crushed
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg


1. In small saucepan blend orange juice and flour, bring to boil. Simmer until reduced to 3/4 cup.
2. Add pears, mustard, peppercorns, and nutmeg and continue cooking for several minutes until blended and thickened.

Serving Size: 2 tbsp = 1 condiment
