1 c orange juice
1 tbsp flour
2 medium pears
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp peppercorns, crushed
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2. Add pears, mustard, peppercorns, and nutmeg and continue cooking for several minutes until blended and thickened.
Serving Size: 2 tbsp = 1 condiment
