Sunflower Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 package of beef ramen noodles, broken into pieces
    3 cups shredded cabbage
    1/3 c chopped onion
    1 large tomato, chopped
    2 tbsp bacon bits
    1/4 c sunflower seeds roasted, no salt added
    1/4 c shredded cheddar

    Dressing
    1/4 c splenda
    3 tbsp sunflower oil
    1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
    seasoning packet from ramen

Directions

Boil ramen noodles 4-5 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water.Refrigerate until cool. Combine all ingredients and prepare dressing.

Dressing
mix ingredients together and add to salad. Refrigerate before serving.
