Low-Carb Pickles

Ingredients

    4 each Cucumbers (with peel), sliced
    .75 cup Splenda
    1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    1 tbsp Celery seed
    1 tbsp Dill weed, dried
    1 tsp Ground Mustard
    1 tbsp Sea Salt
    1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

1. Put sliced cucumber in a large container.

2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers. Put lid on container and let sit at least 24 hours in refrigerator. Shake container occationally.

3. Will keep up to 6 months in fridge.
