This is a great Immitation Crab Salad with pasta and veggies. I add fresh Pico De Gallo and canned Corn for a great light meal. You can also add more veggies to lower the calorie count. Ingredients

    Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 8 oz (remove)
    *Brocoli, 101 gram(s) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 70 grams (remove)
    Celery, raw, 121 grams (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 52 grams (remove)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 104 grams (remove)
    Macaroni, dry, enriched, 4 oz (remove)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package, chop all veggies and crab meat. Combine all ingredients. Chill, serve cold.
