Honey Mustard Crispy Chicken

Ingredients

    5 Chicken leg quarters skin removed
    1 c. Lowfat Buttermilk
    2 T. Honey
    3 tsp. Dijon Mustard
    2 tsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    4 C. Arrowhead Mills Puffed Corn cereal or
    4 C. Corn Flakes

Directions

In a food processor blend puffed cereal into crumblike consitency In a bowl whisk Buttermilk, honey, and mustard. Dip chicken quarters in buttermilk, then crumb mixture, and place on a pam sprayed cookie sheet or pan. Cook for one hour in a 375 degree oven for 60 to 75 minutes until brown. Makes 5 leg quarter servings.
