In a food processor blend puffed cereal into crumblike consitency In a bowl whisk Buttermilk, honey, and mustard. Dip chicken quarters in buttermilk, then crumb mixture, and place on a pam sprayed cookie sheet or pan. Cook for one hour in a 375 degree oven for 60 to 75 minutes until brown. Makes 5 leg quarter servings.
