4-5 lbs. venison
2 cups beef broth
2 cups catsup
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 T. or 18 t. brown sugar
2. In a medium bowl, mix broth, catsup, vinegar, onions, garlic and brown sugar; pour over meat. If needed to cover meat, add water 1/2 cup at a time until covered.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Serve over rice.
Serving Size: makes 12 1-cup servings
