Ingredients

1 large egg
1 large egg white
1 cup brown sugar
1 TBSP canola oil
14 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1=1/2 cup lightly toasted old fashioned oats
2/3 c raisins, or unsw dried cranberries or unsw dried cherries
1/4 cup pecans or walnuts or almonds
1 TBSP flour
Directions
Bake in an 8 x 11 (brownie pan) pan or 9 inch square pan. 325F for 30 - 35 minutes.
Pre-heat oven.
Mix all ingredients in bowl, until uniform appearance. Line pan with foil, spray foil lightly with cooking spray. Turn thick batter into pan, spread lightly (I like to use a fork) to uniform thickness. Check at 30 minutes will look slightly golden.
Serving Size: Cut into 16 equal size pieces.
