Pumpkin Muffins

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3/4 C all-purpose flour
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t ground cinnamon
    1/2 t ground cloves
    1/4 t salt
    3/4 C egg beaters
    1 C splenda for baking
    2/3 C pure pumpkin

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease muffin pan.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves in a small bowl. Mix egg beaters and sugar in bowl until thick. Beat in pumpkin. Stir in flour Mixture.

Fill muffin tin and bake 13-15 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
