Introduction

a lighter chicken salad recipe great for picnics. a lighter chicken salad recipe great for picnics.
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2 13 oz. cans of chicken breast in water(drained)
    1/2 cup gr. onions chopped
    1 cup thinly chopped celery
    1 cup red grapes cut in half
    1/2 cup pecans chopped
    1 cup light mayo
    3 tsps of Mrs. Dash original seasoning

Directions

In a mixing bowl add chicken, smash with a fork depending on how small you want your chunks ( I like it pretty well shredded). Add Gr. onions and celery, mix well then add grapes, mayo and seasoning, mix well. Add pecans and finish mixing. you can serve on bread. I used sara lee 45 calorie bread.
