Introduction

This browns beautifully and when salted as it cooks it is out of this world! This browns beautifully and when salted as it cooks it is out of this world!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 cup vidalia onion
    Just enough oil to lightly cover the cookie sheet under the vegetables

Directions

Slice squash and onion. Put a small amount of oil on a heavy cookie sheet and lay squash and onion on top of it. Salt the vegetables. Bake at 450 for 12 minutes then turn. Salt again. Bake another 13 minutes. They should have some of them nice and brown. Yummy!
