Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts
    1 cup chopped green beans
    1 cup chopped carrots
    3 small potatoes (cubed, and cooked in water)
    1 cup chicken broth (any brand)
    2 Tbsp Argo starch
    1 package Pillsbury brand Pie Crust

Directions

1. Cut and brown chicken, add broth and chopped vegetables
2. Boil potatoes while chicken is cooking
3. Drain potatoes and add to the chicken, while also adding a little (premixed) argo starch to the mix for thickening
4. Line a pie dish with 1 pie crust and fill with chicken filling, then cover and wrap edges of the pie crust on top.
5. Bake in 425 for 20 minutes or until brown.

Serving Size: Serving size 1/8 of a standard pie dish
