    117gms Great Value Light Vanilla Yogurt
    8oz Silk soy light Chocolate milk
    101gms Kroger brand Organic blueberrys
    277gms fresh banana
    280gms Great Value no sugar added mixed fruit (strawberry, peach, mango & pineapple)
    110gms Grimmway Farms baby Carrots

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender & blend according to your machines directions. I have a BlendMaster Ultra and it took 1-2 minutes on the Ice Breaker setting.
