Introduction

Adapted from Taste of Home. Very light and refreshing way to serve extra cukes from the garden this summer! Adapted from Taste of Home. Very light and refreshing way to serve extra cukes from the garden this summer!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
    4 tbsp Rice vinegar
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp minced ginger
    1/4 tsp brown sugar
    1/4 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Mix vinegar, soy sauce, oil, ginger, sugar and garlic well. Pour over cucumbers. Chill and serve. (Pour off excess dressing before restoring leftovers).
