Dr Oz's cucumber salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
    1Tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
    1/2 soy sauce
    Dash of cayenne pepper
    2 cucumbers, sliced in 1/4" slices
    1/2 bunch of chives, minced
    1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

Put first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Add cucumber, chives, and sesame seeds, toss to coat evenly
Enjoy!
