Introduction

This is a salad I created based on one I recently enjoyed at a restaurant called the Sandbox in Brielle, NJ. This is a salad I created based on one I recently enjoyed at a restaurant called the Sandbox in Brielle, NJ.

Ingredients

    5 Large Scallops - grilled
    2 slices of pineapple - cut in half
    2 slices of orange - cut in half
    2 cups salad greens
    1 Tbl Craisins
    1/2 small tomato, diced small
    1 oz feta cheese
    4 walnut halves - slightly broken
    2 Tbl Raspberry Vinegraite

Directions

Toss all ingredients except scallops in a bowl. Top with freshly grilled scallops and serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes One Serving
