Banana Quinoa Breakfast Shake

Introduction

Hearty breakfast shake that tastes great, is good for you, and fills you up! Plus it is vegan! Hearty breakfast shake that tastes great, is good for you, and fills you up! Plus it is vegan!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk Original, 8 oz (remove)
    1 cup cooked quinoa, 0.50 cup (remove)
    3 handfuls ice

Directions

Toss it all in vitamix (or high power blender) and turn on high till smooth (about 1 - 2 minutes)

Serving Size: Can be split into 2 servings but I drink the whole batch
