    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb

Directions

1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2.) Prepare chicken so that you have 18 - 4oz servings that have been trimmed of added fat. Rinse in water and set aside.

3.) place 6 melba toast in a gallon zip bag and mash to a fine powder.

4.) Place dehydrated onion in a food processor or majoc bullet and grind to smaller pieces (powder is O.K.) and place in zip bag with ground up toast.

5.) Add remaining seasonings to zip bag and shake till well mixed.

6.) Take chicken, 6 pieces at a time and place in zip bag. Close bag, shake till coated, remove chicken once coated and place in a baking dish. Repeat until all chicken is coated and on a baking dish.
