A's Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

    *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Pasta, 3 cup
    *Kraft 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese, 12 oz (3 cups)
    *Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 1 serving
    *Milk, nonfat, 1cup
    *Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Flour, white, 0.15 cup

Directions

Cook pasta according to package.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large pot mealt Butter spread. When butter is completly mealted add flour and whisk. Then add SHREDDED cheddar cheese and milk. Sir until cheese in completely mealted. Add more flour for a thicker cheese sauce.

Once cheese has mealted, spray a glass cassarole dish with a non-stick spray , and pour in pasta. Stir in cheese sauce and tear American cheese single so that it covers the top of the pasta.

Place dish, uncovered, in oven and bake for 30-40 mins.
