Jello Fruit Delight

Introduction

Ingredients

    Raspberry Jello
    Mandarin Oranges
    Unsweetened Applesauce
    Raspberries
    Water

Directions

Prepare a large package of Raspberry Jello using only 1 cup of hot water to dissolve the Jello and then once dissolved add 1 cup of coldwater. Once mixed, add 32 ounces or 4 cups of unsweetened applesauce.

I bought a can of Mandarin Oranges in Light syrup and then drained and rinsed them to remove most of the syrup. Add Mandarin Oranges to the Jello and the Raspberries.

Let set over night or when I made it, it was set up in 5 hours and ready to eat.

Serving Size: Makes 9 one cup servings
