Introduction

This is a good way to fix squash that doesn't have all the breading but is still delicious! This is a good way to fix squash that doesn't have all the breading but is still delicious!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 to 2 1/2 yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium vidalia onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt, to taste

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet. Add squash and onions and keep on medium high heat. Only turn as squash and onions brown. Salt each time you turn. Remove when squash is thoroughly browned and tender.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 to 4 servings
