These pancakes are delicious and have the bonus of protein and fiber. Add some cinnamon and they taste like oatmeal cookies! Pair with low cal syrup or eat plain! Ingredients

    mix 2 cups milk and 1-1/2 cups oatmeal together, then add remaining ingredients.
    2 large eggs
    1 t salt
    1/3 cup applesauce
    2 t baking powder
    1 c whole wheat flour
    2 T Splenda

    Must cook slowly or else they WILL be gummy!!!
