Honey Rasin Bran Muffins

Introduction

Someone made a comment once of adding cinnamon, or nutmeg to give it more flavor. Someone made a comment once of adding cinnamon, or nutmeg to give it more flavor.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 1/2 cups of Raisin Bran
    1 cup milk (I used 1%)
    1/3 cup honey
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Mix flour, baking powder, salt in a bowl, set aside. Combine rasin bran, honey and milk in mixer. Let rasin bran mixture set for 10 mins or until mixture is mushy. Add egg and oil to mushy raisin bran. mix well. Add flour mixture into raisin bran. Place mixture in 12 muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown on top.
