Easy Chicken Divan

Ingredients

Cooking spray
12 oz boneless chicken breast
10 oz pkg frozen broccoli cuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions
Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a skillet coated with cooking spray, saute chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center. Remove from pan and set aside to cool. Once cool enough to touch, dice chicken into bite sized pieces.
Cook broccoli according to package directions
In a small bowl, mix together next 3 ingredients (soup-lemon juice).
Add chicken and broccoli to the baking dish, cover with soup sauce, then top with cheese and bread crumbs. Spray breadcrumbs with cooking spray and bake for 30-35 mins or until thoroughly heated.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
