Greek Potato salad

Ingredients

    Potato - cooked and cubed 6 cups
    Canola Mayonaise approx 3/4 cup
    Green onions - (4-) chopped
    2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 tbsp Olive oil


Directions

Cook potatoes and let cool a little and mix with green onions. Mix in mayonaise (more or less to taste) . Sprinkle with dried or fresh oregano Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Refrigerate
